Elle est déterminante dans la qualité de l’échange avec les collègues et partenaires de la structure, compte tenu du cadre et du confort qu’elle offre. La salle de réunion est aujourd’hui un élément indispensable. Il s’agit à la fois d’un espace stratégique  dans lequel de nombreuses décisions sont prises mais également un lieu de communication de premier ordre. D’une capacité maximale de 30 personnes, elle est située au premier niveau de la Maison de Presse.
